    Anastasia has a wealth of knowledge and interestingly talks about the phase change aspect of the work imec/4DS work are doing; I would think, using ASML equipment.

    Seems to me @Jockthegreat is on the money. Can but hope we find more proof in the next pudding; and, hopefully, the one after it.
