While JD doesn't take a lot, it appears in both 2018 and 2019 he took $40,000 in cash plus some shares.

Guido takes almost $400,000 cash and DM took over $200,000 in 2019 FY.

Guido and DM also got large share-based payments as well. If they took $150k and shares, fine. But $400,000 + 300,000 shares is a lot of compensation. In 2018 Guido was paid $350,000 and 600,000 shares. Don't get me wrong, he seems to be a large contributor to 4DS' success, but with $400,000 coming in to his pocket in 2019 FY, it would have been nice to see him buy more shares.

Regardless, my hopes are still high for 4DS
