My thoughts are they still don't really know what they have And since it doesn't/may not really solve any major problem currently, and due to no one knocking down their door, they are searching for someone, anyone to show some interest to partner up. This would help find a need and then develop it in the direction of the interested parties request.

PL6 is the hail Mary. It may add orders of magnitude to current metrics and suddenly become very useful. I think in current form its obvious it really isnt a valuable tech.

But what you pointed out just highlights my prior point that 4ds are looking for potential partners even at this stage...by admission of DM....unless we think he has being dangling fake carrots?
