Interestingly, DM said that if a ‘development partnership’ was signed it was ‘likely’ that partner would be the ultimate buyer.
This to me makes me think there wouldn’t be an auction sale (which I had hoped for). I saw that possibility as a way of maximizing the eventual sale price. So whatever discussions are going on behind the scenes (if any) I can only hope it is with a number of possible suitors.
Anyway a lot of water to go under the bridge yet !
