"Manufacturing of the Fifth and Sixth Platform Lots will
commence during Q1 2024 and Q2 2024 respectively with delivery to 4DS expected during Q3 2024. The Fifth
Platform Lot is seeking to further optimise the unique characteristics of the results already seen on the 60nm
memory cells prior to undertaking manufacturing of the Sixth Platform Lot on 20nm memory cells.
