I don’t think DM is afraid of shifting the goal posts another few more times. Makes me wonder what the real strategy is exactly….or if one really exists.
if a successful PL. and if a buyer is interested. I suspect it would stall take a year or so to conclude? So it’s not happening in 2024. Just my opinion/
