$40k pa directors fees (low for a Chairman) (see Annual Reports) - which he has taken in shares rather than cash (see Notices of Meetings for AGMs)
Invested $250k cash in the Nov 2017 placement (see announcement 3/11/17)
invested over $1m in cash - “since taking Chair” of 4ds: slide 8 of presentation of 14/3/18. Note that the $250k cash invested in Nov 17 is “additional”
invested $50k cash in the Nov 2018 placement (see announcement dated 13/11/18)
