I would expect the price is perfect for all in the BOD.
They are in the safe haven of the ASX , from the wolf. ( WD ).
Guido doesn't have to spend a thing until the deal is done.
JD is all in with up fronts and leading the way in the eyes of share holders.
All boxes keep getting ticked in a machine like fashion if only taking a little longer which is understandable.
This deal is already done IMO.
Just need to tick all the promised boxes with IMECs gear then hand over final payment.
Guido and associates keep working on project until handover is complete and then move along.
This path has never been clearer, not certain but clear.
