to me whats required is the promotional guff needs to be more real world specific. making note of retention, endurance and speed/latency stats and using opaque slogans doesn't cut it. maybe the Infineon agreement is to design something that will benchmark these real world scenarios. until then surely they can at least theorize. recruit the expertise of system level/memory management genius to extrapolate. so things like 'anticipate use in data Centre warm memory where the requirement are x, x and x...4ds memory could save x amount of power...solve x current/anticipated bottleneck...usurp x amount of dram by augmenting x process....etc etc.'
...can only assume share price is languishing because pl5/6 unknowns AND not even any decent player who are aware of 4ds know these benefits. Caveat: I'm no expert. Im a Luddite. but if there are experts lurking in the shadows, and they understand the real world benefits and the advantage this tech could provide then i would think the MC be somewhat higher.
