I am not surprised with the Radio Silence. It is DM's nature (which I categorise as incompetence).

I was off on DM after the investor presentation in Sydney, I could see he was not interested in shareholder concerns, cutting us off with replies that did not refer to the question asked, while the others, Ting and PH were trying to answer the questions asked.

After the presentation, I was very confident in Ting and his ability to get the tech done. As well as noting that DM was not involved and generally will be only included in when making the announcements.

Great DM's requirements in this are limited, he could not possibly screw this up. I have been wrong many times, but never as wrong as I was in this instance. How to screw up the unscrewable situation 101.

With the results not been forthcoming I voted against on all resolutions for the AGM, just felt something was not right.

In regards to the CR, if it is a SPP or rights issue, there is a lot involved to be able to get it ready, it would take a couple of weeks to organise before an announcement and docs being sent to investors. Plus it being a discount at the current VWAP. DM's head would be spinning. He is used to calling the Insto manager
DM: we need $8M,
IM: ok give us a 20% discount and 1 for 1 options.
DM: sounds reasonable, current investors would be happy (I really don't care)

I guarantee DM is totally lost at the moment, he won't make an announcement. I can't see any type of announcement that redeems DM.
He is glued to this bonus pool, no way he resigns.

I am with Jock, we need him out, only way forward.
