While I am forward looking as the damage is done, and will contribute to the SPP, I don't quite understand what is meant by the statement about significant offers to sell securities at a significant discount to the what the funding price.
Does that mean that an existing shareholder tried to sell stock during that period below the 6.5c?
Or did the brokers just get offers below that price and adjusted?
Wierd statement.
