likely part of it. indicative open was lower than 6.5. Brokers wanted to reprice to 5.5. Maybe it was them trying to make the open price worse than it was. Plenty of sharks out there.
I reckon the Infineon deal was signed 1 or 2 weeks into December and DM wanted to raise money asap. Looking back he could've done an SPP at 7c with oppies at 10c and the time frame of the monies raised would not have changed to where we ended up anyway. Especially if they released the presentation as part of an SPP.
It sucks, but I am sick of dwelling on it.
