I don't know why the SP "would have been north of 10c".
But it doesn't matter - what's done is done.
I view DM's new webinaire today and have two observations to make that I think are useful for my decision to dip my toes back in.
"The Design Agreement is a significant step forward" If Infineon thought 4DS had something of mind boggling value they'd wrap the design deal up around some sort of exclusive off-take/equity etc arrangement.
Infineon didn't appear to do any such thing - it's just a commercial service agreement cancelled at any time by either party.
Secondly - Dave has tidied up his hair for the camera - (perhaps he's sh$tting himself! lol)
On the trading side of things - quite high volume on Cboe today ... mid point trades n all ... I figure we have to have around 110-150m shares traded before we see a base (a guess) ... today will be about 25m, I think it was around 35m over the past two days so we may be half way there in volume but the volume will drop off greatly from today I assume so maybe another week or so in time.
$8m new shares are 222m shares total. Bell Potter will be making a few bucks for their clients on the heads to hold their options free carried I assume.
