my statement was about who initiated the deal and DM stated Infineon and I have no reason to think he is lying. It's a big deal since if Infineon initiated they obviously see something us laymen don't fully see. They are by far the experts in the room and they would have access to more data than just ASX announcements
I am not sure about a few months grace but I already stated before he could've done an SPP at 7c (going by 8c last clsoe pre trading halt) since now it's clear they didnt need to raise money asap. I'ts likely DM thought they had to raise money asap to show they have money in the bank to make sure Infineon doesnt walk. Unfortunately what's done is done, at least they have the money now.
