But to your point on zero pressure to play the hand he did, does anyone believe it impossible to lodge a sell order (or a buy for that matter) of whatever size they like (within reason, and then amend it) during a trading halt, be that overnight or during an extended halt? And that's simply achievable as an every day bunny retail investor like me.
Is it not true that all anyone has to do is say 'yes, I own that qty of shares' and bingo, the trade is lodged? Only for said trade to be withdrawn, even within nanoseconds, of trading recommencing!
Sniff, sniff, what is that smell.
Question everything, particularly valid for new investors considering the stock's aspirational value.
