On bullet point 7, he literally lied at the AGM. Between 9min15 and 10min of the Webinar he mentioned that while in the US in Oct they were revisiting budgets to get a hold on funding of this agreement with Infineon and they knew they didn’t have enough cash to fund the agreement and had to raise capital, but at the AGM, after being asked point blank, will we see a cap raise, he said “I don’t have my cap raise hat on” and he doesn’t foresee any capital raises in the near future. WTF! Do we really want someone who’s this misleading, actually a blatant liar, leading our company?
Infineon agreement is all good and well, but we need honest management to lead this company. It does beg the question, what else, now and in future, are/will be withheld from us?
