In the past, some potential engagements have come to nothing, so this is prudent. Imagine what would have happened if they announced an MOU and it fell through.

Because it was price sensitive information, Dave could say nothing about the agreement at the AGM,. including the need for further capital. His hands were tied.

If they did not know PL5 success at the AGM, Dave would have wanted to raise capital before PL5 results. In case they were bad and it tanked the share price. I.e. repeat of PL3 chart. This is what he prudently did before PL4 as well.

So he did the right thing, but for the large sell order that spooked the offers at 6c.

We don't know if this holder is now out (because of a longer roadmap and dilution) or was crashing the price to get a larger share (this is more likely in my opinion as the company is in a cracker position)

If Infineon has come to them on the back of PL4, we now have the industry validation that we were all craving for. If not special, they wouldn't bother.

Now, all we need is a second interested party to start a strategic acquisition (bid against each other) and this may happen if PL6 is a success.

I note that the company has also improved its announcements, like they said they would. I hope for another investor seminar as well.

Id love to know who the large holder was that crashed the price. I'd say it's obvious from the register.

Ill be taking up my full allocation in the SPP.

We are a technology development company, and we must continue development until we find a buyer. This hurts each time we raise capital, but we can't stand still... In my opinion we will likely get taken over before Imec fabricates our unique chip.
