I feel the "Dorothy Dixer" questions asked by the moderator Kevin Xu and the responses by DM in the Webinar are pre-staged, and viewers have concluded this to be so taking them on the same downward path. Interesting to see the proposed partnership between Infineon, TSMC and others for a 11b chip plant in Germany......if a 4DS chip is used in the 600 required to build a car these days, consideration should be given to a Licensing and Royalty payments arrangement to all chip manufacturers around the globe, rather than a $1-2b outright sale to a buyer which will not achieve what was hoped.
Issued shares as at Dec 2024 was 1,763,434,918....Add further issues/options under $6m Placement and $2m SPP, and the diluted value per share on a $1b offer could be less than 50c per share. (Calculations are estimated).
