If this was a gold mining lease with great potential but high risk ... the majority shareholders/BoD would seek a new young CEO with a history of (actual) success, hunger, and vision to kick start a new era for 4DS.
If they can't do that ... find a young CEO willing to take on the challenge ... then ??? !!!
