Went deep on the weekend doing a bit more analysis before deciding what to do on the SPP.
What I found is the wording on 5 Feb 2024 which used the phrase "unique characteristic of the 4DS interface switching ReRAM technology" to describe the Analog Programming Capability.
the Infineon agreement announcement says 4DS need a memory macro Platform that is specifically designed for its "unique area-based Interface Switching ReRAM characteristics."
This suggests that Analog Programming is within the current scope for Infineon to solve. I had previously made some posts which suggested this would come after this Infineon agreement, in a future Phase 4. But the specificity of the language here is not an accident.
