whatever DeepSeek turns out to be in will likely lead to even more expenditure as the AI race shifts into another gear. Big Techs will want to keep as much of their moats as possible and likely accelerate buying start ups and such to build on their moat.
Even if DeepSeek turns out to be inferior to ChatGPT-o3 it still shows Big Tech must be vigilant and build on their moats
Agree that 20nm is critical to 4DS to be potentially become part of this race in some regard
