My response here would be that we are more closer than ever now with Infineon engaging 4DS and assigning 8 engineers under the design agreement. Additionally, Infineon will be manufacturing what it tapes out at either TSMC or UMC. We now have major industry names associated with 4DS and are directly involved in designing and manufacturing a test chip.
Peter Himes explained it pretty well with regards to commercialisation in the below video and I agree with his philosophy. However, between now and commercialisation (whenever that may happen), 4DS needs to be aggressively working towards appreciating the share price with new investors from countries who are looking for the next best thing in the semiconductor industry. Expecting some big action post delivering 20nm.
