60nm is probably still a viable product as a niche item where low power, fast access and long term persistence is a requirement without the need for high memory density.
Think low power micro controllers, next gen RFID cards and the like.
So a failure of 20nm might not be a death blow but definitely the end of the dream 10X returns on the SP
