    My understanding is Infineon will not take 15 months hence the balance is payable monthly and contract can be terminated. I believe the monthly part is mainly to keep Infineon around 'if needed'. Troubleshooting, another tape-out

    imo, definitely worth the money to keep Infineon around if seeing big guns in Taiwan
