LOL - did you not read the quarterly screencap? Second dot-point specifically says 'de-risk'. There are many componants to this. There would not be a market without some degree of uncertainy. This is an iterative process, you don't move forward to the next milestone, unless the one prior has been completed - this is how it works. I can't help you, sorry.
