1. It failed or partially failed. Enough that had they released results in similar metrics to previous, it would've tanked the market because they hadn't been upfront and clear on PL5 intentions.
2. They learnt some things. Nice way of saying we learnt from mistakes that hopefully improve PL6 chances.
3. Its another clear example of smoke and mirros, and not having a clear and communicated strategy or plan. And yet another example of their intentional muddying of the waters, obfuscation, and imo being misleading.
I stayed clear of the SPP. There's a much greater than even chance PL6 will not function. The SP will crater to probably close to 1 to 1.5c. I want to see DM throw in 500k of his own cash along with rest of management before PL6 is released.
To your point there were no testing results because even though every other time it was material to release to market, this time it didn't suit them so suddenly was not material. May even be an interesting point for ASIC but they manage with a wet lettuce leaf so pointless.
