Hi Milcom, I suspect that many shareholders, especially LTH, have seen the share price tumble over the years, especially recently when the last capital raise debacle resulted ina big share price depreciation on positive news. Everytime there is a capital raise there is a dilution of the value of the shares,therefore every shareholder receives less of the pie on the sale of the company, except the holders of the sales bonus pool(which aren't penalised everytime time that there is a share dilution). If and when the company is sold then there would be more incentive for management to get a better sale price if performance was rewarded with options, as opposed to a sales bonus. This would be beneficial to all shareholders.
