Sadly (for me included; participated), I can’t see how you are wrong here. Clearly there’s much more to DM not taking up his allowance. Quite interesting he announced that he’ll be taking up his full $30k, only not to in the end. Seems like this was a promotion con, possibly to create some sort of false confidence in the hope to achieve oversubscription. He succeeded. He could’ve said this was what he’s planning to do in the event of oversubscription - open cards. He BETTER start buying his shares on market asap, as he said. Based on his track record I’d be very surprised if this eventuates.
