I'm personally very confident of our roadmap moving forward into the next 18months. Long termers (including myself) were just way too early on the investment - so the opportunity costs has added up signficantly, particuarly because there has been zero actual 'long hold wealth creation' (I've certaintly taken my fair share of deep breaths)....I have no doubt, we'll see a few more sharp rises/falls - but the design agreement with Infineon somewhat changes everything. It does this, because it moves 4DS outside of the 'science lab' (IMEC), and puts us in view of the real 'Industry'. The visibility we could 'possibly' get here, could be game-changing (IMO). PL6 success fairly critical at this juncture for catalyst reasons ..but PL4 at larger dimensions can still be used for Infineon black box design input. At 0.030, with IMEC / Infineon / Taiwan tier 2 fab / 16 engineers / fully funded, this is about the most levered risk/reward company on the asx (IMO).
Obviously lots of risks here however - key man risk (Ting), funding/dilution, speed to delivery (tech moves quick, and we need to also), timeline overun, and plenty more. BUT if we have something that works as intended at 20nm, the only reram of its kind that is area-based switched, then we might have a chance for a seat at the big boy table.
It obviously does not help that the entire global economy is starting to implode - good thing we got some cash when we did.
