HfO2 thin film memory with no blocking layer / super injection charge = 400 picosecond write
essentially appears to be an oxram non volatile flash - advancements in remote plasma deposition techniques over direct deposition alone is getting results for HfO2 charge trapping and maintaining device integrity
great research work - not much more to this yet imo
