Because the scale of the sales bonus is so out of whack, that even a minimal sale sees them walk away with many millions, and the share price could be at half a cent.
Therefore they are not at all incentivised to drive share price value, because they will be safe with their buffer pool.
My question to you is, why do you think it is bad for them to rather be incentivised by a shareprice scheme, or something that is aligned with shareholders, not aligned with what benefits their own pockets. Or a combination, where a limited sales pool bonus is triggered when they hit CAGR of xxx% of SP. Im gine with them getting some cream, but not until theyve delivered a cake for holders.
If they get upset and walk, well its likely the tech wasnt that good anyway.
The dill in charge will just continue diluting us to kingdom come, drop the shareprice even further, then still walk away with a fixed % of the sale...all while collecting a fat pay cheque.

people want leadership who know what they are doing and demonstrate they give a sh@t about shareholders. Not much to ask. DM is not only way out of his depth, he is very clear in his disdain for shareholders.
