You question with dark undertones as to why the prices are languishing in the cents column and why big money is not all over this. Then you talk of your investment already made and your plan to buy more at .06.
Well maybe this does clear your point...that you are a late arrival downramping, hoping to get in lower.
Don't worry, you are not alone..we have all types here. We'll just be sure to flavor your skepticism appropriately in future.
