I can’t recall exactly the wording used, but when they announced “success” of PL5 they never used the words “consistency”
Success of PL5 was qualified.
From memory it was something in the lines of same stack size as 20nm and some learnings to take forward to 20nm. They mention that it was a success in reference to those measurements. NOTHING ABOUT CONSISTENCY.
Another example of DM saying one thing and PH saying something else.
