SBP has to go!
DM has to go!
These two issues are why we are trading where we are. Management is simply not incentivized to 'promote' the SP. Even worse is the fact that he gets paid $400K to do two-eights of FA and the one thing he does do (cap. raise), he totally screws up.
I know I sound like a broken record, but unfortunately the message needs to be re-communicated to avoid future voting apathy.
