Lay the blame squarely at the feet of DM.
He should have announced the Infineon partnership first, the shares would have run on excitement, then performed a raise at a premium with instos and long term holders.
Instead the raise was done at a discount, at prices lower than pre PL4, in the week between Christmas and New Years. Crazy!
Very important that DM and the management are not insulated from this dilution, as is the case currently with the structure of the SBP.
