This has some merit, but I am very conformable to ask them to 'take a haircut' when they have not only diluted, but failed in their obligations to shareholders and destroyed shareholder returns.

A good 'compromise' would be to dilute SBP and get rid of DM. Let everyone suffer the pain and boot the guy responsible.
