In my opinion this is what would happen regarding the management team.
Ting resigns - shareholders sell in the 4.6ns, company is done. Peter Hines resigns or moves on - shareholders pretty much stay pat, not much difference in buying or selling. DM resigns or gets removed - shareholders buy, top up all their holdings. Optimism is restored.
Let's not beat around the bush. We are here for the Tech and Ting. (In spite of DM)
To say the CR was oversubscribed is an indication of good management is total stupidity. As I did and many investors did, they sold done their shares at a higher price and used those funds to participate in the SPP to receive a free attaching option. I am better off because of it but that doesn't mean DM did a good job, I just improved my position due to his stupidity.
