so it’s been a few years now since JD was the captain of this ship , he left because of personal reasons , he is still invested with approx 45 million shares !
Q1: if you all say DM is incompetent then why does he (JD) still hold fast and not sell ? He must have confidence in the board and the tech moving forward
Q2: if this tech is so revolutionary why does he not retake the position DM holds ?
Seems the big share holders are happy with DM performance, as with their votes they would be able to remove DM ? So is it only HC holders see DM as not doing g a good job ?
