I've never said the SP is good or the CR was good. You'll find I've said it wasn't handled well, so I agree... But I see the longer horizon so I'm not dying in a ditch about it, as with most of you I'm happy to let it ride.

at the end of the day I see myself as a beneficiary of the CR process, for better or worse... I hold now MORE shares because of the change of tack which impacted the share price (original no chance of participating, just the sophs). I also have a low risk option to cash in again later if the SP improves. So I personally believe it would be hypocritical of me to sit here and wallow in it. That's the standard I hold for myself.

the existing shareholder who placed a massive sell order during he first sophs placement round plus the shareholders who lobbied for eligibility to participate may have been a contributor to why it got pulled. It getting pulled definitely had an impact on the share price. So somewhere out there, there are shareholders to thank in his process oo.

these issues are complex, often multifaceted and nuanced.

what can we do - I think plenty of people have proven no one is going to take any action to organise an EGM or meaningful changes to SBPs etc, so what is left to do is hang on for the ride.

Moose I think everyone realises nothing can be done (perhaps until next AGM), but would have expected more accountability and action to restore shareholder faith from DM.

It's just another act of shareholder disrespect by DM in a long line of them.

Hence the calls to step aside (accountability).
