Hi Moose, yes I took part in the SPP. It is however a reflection of my belief in the tech we are developing and Ting’s ability and character ( as I have witnessed). It is NOT however a reflection of my confidence in management.

I do understand buying more shares when I have very little confidence in the management might come across as being
somewhat conflicted, but it is clear to me that it is unlikely that changes to BoD will occur and I have to accept that. I can only control what I can control. It made sense to me to try and counter the share dilution that has been occurring and the price and options opportunity was too good to pass up. It is my vote of confidence in eventual success if you like,

The way I feel right now after what I have witnessed with the CR, is that I have to hope that the tech works and gets sold at a price that is fair value (hopefully large)…… despite management. The trigger point for the ‘sales bonus pool’ seems to be very very low in this new age of A.I and it’s memory needs to clear the data bottlenecks. Much has changed since the (SBP) was created in terms of what our tech could be worth. How confident are we that we don’t get sold short on a sale value ? Shareholders will have to vote on an any offer but how much weight will our shares have when the SOI keeps increasing like this and these institutional investors keep buying in. Will they be pushing for maximum return or a quick return ? Will management ?

I hope my musings will be taken in the spirit of ‘thought provoking’ as I intended and not negative in a destructive way.

Lots of things have to go right yet before we are sellable, but it is good to think ahead and be prepared for any outcome.
