correct, the yield is everything in commercial. We need to see right out to the corners and we could not due to i guess limitations / compability with imec universial platform and our unique pcmo switching non fil rram hence infineon who have provided the layout/ blueprint for a tailor made platform built by imec.
will this work all guns blazing right out the box? Highly unlikely in this game but certainly the scaling to 20nm will be done the yield might not be up there as yet so more work and pl 7 to make that happen?.
