We'll find out soon enough. Very typical for an exit clause like this..but a very real risk also (which would leave us in the lurch). I'd assume they'll just step back, evaluate 20nm failure (if it happens); identify root causes; and redo a pl7 (adding an extra 8 months into the cycle); then pickup design with infineon again (but that is all just assumption). Interesting few months ahead..fairly pivotal moment for the company.
