Hi @darrenrr, another CR before the end of the year is definitely a possibility....it all depends on whether PL6 is a spectacular success, or a spectacular fail.
Payments to Infineon (for the period 01/04/25 - 01/01/26) totals AU$2.74M.
Contract payments to IMEC (for the period 01/04/25 - 31/12/25) is an unknown, however if we make a reasonable guess for all the Appendix 4C quarterly items (a) - (e) & say AU$1.6M per quarter, that would come to AU$4.8M.
So, from $9M cash at the end of Mar'25, subtract $2.74M (Infineon) & then subtract $4.8M for Appendix 4C items (a) to (e), that would leave around $1.5M cash at the end of Dec'25.
If PL6 is a success...then options get converted & some extra cash flows into the 4DS coffers & the next 4DS cap raise is delayed until sometime in CY2026 IMO.
