Smart to keep both options open - it'll all depend on the calibre of the 20nm cell (metrics...and yield..); then Infineon input (which should give us Industry exposure - instead of the IMEC 'science lab' environment). The short-sighted mindset in me would love to see a simple M&A transaction; but if it turns out we are indeed onto a generational memory application; then licensing might be the right strategy. haha - but let's get through the next 6-8weeks first.
