Nope, not according to IP registries when I last checked ~6 months ago. Majority were still under 4DS Inc. while the newer ones are under 4DS Memory. You could argue that they are under the Australian entity as 4DS Inc. is a subsidiary to 4DS Memory - but the transfer of ownership hasn't taken place last time I went through to check what patents were active and inactive (redundant).
Take everything supreme leader Dave says with a grain of salt. He is not here for his expertise, competence, nor leadership. Ting is about the only person worth listening to if or when he's allowed to speak freely without interjection.
Company is still about 2 CR's away from anything of substance and Dave will screw those up too, so if anyone has FOMO getting shares cheap, there will be more opportunities.
