the test platform and test chip are not targeted at commercial release - they are development tools
the current fee negotiation with IMEC as mentioned by
@darrenrr cannot be finalised until test data on pl6 is available to provide direction on manufacture and resources - etch will be notable as will retention fade switching from hrs to lrs ( referred to as managed retention ) let alone yield/defect density on manufacture - as a rule to be cost effective in memory on AI a 75% yield number is required
