Well, the 'others' sure did a great job at preventing him from cratering the SP on the last cap. raise.

DM strikes me as someone who shoots from the hip, and he has demonstrated his contempt for shareholders numerous times. Some people in this world act with a strong ethical and moral compass, and those individuals do the right thing when their decisions affect other people. DM is not of these people. I'm sure DM has a figure in mind of what a nice retirement constitutes for him. If that was 25% of what the Company is worth, he'd pull the trigger.

There's plenty of speculation here on why the SP is increasing. I know exactly why - more buyers than sellers! Despite my strong opinions on DM, I see buying at these levels to be an excellent risk / reward opportunity. I can see significant SP appreciation from here in the short term. Ironically, this 'opportunity' is the result of DM's utter incompetence. In my opinion we are dramatically undervalued, thanks to DM! So sure, cash in and celebrate the SP going up, but don't ignorantly think that 'it's all good', because the next FU (or the one after that) might not have a silver lining. Note, even though there is an opportunity here to make some quick dollars, any additional / new investment does carry risk. A risk that DM has not been willing to take, despite his claim of buying on market. Moreover, his 'pumping' of the SP is completely self-serving in my opinion. He can see that the mob has the pitchforks out, and a rising SP is the best way to appease the crowd (and get voted back in). And sadly, given some of the comments on here recently, he ain't wrong. Because what really matters to him is the SBP.

I ask one for one simple thing - competent and trustworthy management. Then, even if the tech fails, at least 'the Company' did the best they could for shareholders.

    DM needs to go, period.

    ALL IMO.
