    4DS Memory primarily benefited the most out of the JDA.
    Western Digital helped 4DS Memory scale its memory cell from 250nm all the way down to 40nm.

    Either party has the right to terminate the JDA providing a 30-day notice period.

    4DS Memory being tagged by Infineon may result in us terminating the Western Digital JDA before June 30.
    Western Digital's scope has come to an end.
