4DS Memory have never had any issues in scaling the memory cell. We originally started at 850nm and scaled it down to 40nm with the help of Western Digital.
Ting has got what he needs out of PL5 to successfully deliver PL6.
It's now a matter of how much better endurance is when compared to PL4 "3x10^9"
