I have always believed the intrinsic value of 4ds was the electricity savings. It is pretty obvious post PL4 IMEC recognised if we got to 20nm we could take out HBM and dram. Nvidia is about to face a Kodak moment if they don’t buy us. Whoever does and integrates our tech into their AI processors will dominate like Intel did for decades.
